Things I've built, mostly in commerce.

A Shopify app that keeps catalogues in sync from a master store to many expansion storefronts: products, variants, collections, inventory and more, with per-field mapping for what travels, exclusion rules for what doesn't, and price transformations along the way. An advanced job queue keeps it accurate on the busiest days.

Solo developer

The internal foundation behind every Shopify app we ship. A multi-process Next.js architecture with Shopify session auth, a typed event bus over BullMQ, GraphQL codegen, Prisma ORM with encrypted fields, GDPR compliance, and a Polaris + shadcn UI layer. All wired up so new apps start shipping features in minutes, not days.

Architect & lead developer

A production-grade storefront template with TypeScript web components, Vite, Tailwind CSS v4, and a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline that builds, lints, type-checks, and deploys to Shopify. Smart locale merging preserves client translations, and a branch strategy where dev creates preview themes and main pushes to live.
